Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and therapy, with a focus on providing exceptional care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavioral changes and improve the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral interventions.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to behavior interventions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A compassionate approach towards clients and their families, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
