Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to improve client behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and recommend appropriate interventions.
Skills
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral interventions.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in all aspects of patient care.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of patient care best practices, particularly in relation to children.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes within the field of behavior analysis.

Pay: $74,374.00 - $84,011.00 per year
