Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders. This role requires a commitment to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices and collaborative efforts with families and other professionals.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Implement and oversee behavioral health programs using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive medical documentation and records.
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and staff on behavioral therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
- Supervise RBT's Providing in-home and facility -based services
Experience
- A valid BCBA certification is required.
- Proven experience in diagnostic evaluation, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, documentation, and record-keeping practices.
- Familiarity with data collection methods related to behavioral analysis.
- Experience working in various settings, including schools, clinics, or home-based environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 1+ yr Experience of ABA Delivery (In-home or Facility-based)
- Ability to to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation
- Strong Communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Conduct functional Behavioral assessments (FBA's) and develop individualized treatment plans

Pay: $84,638.00 - $105,000.00 per year
