Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Behavior Plans: Create and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.

2. Direct Work with Children: Work directly with individual children on a 1:1 basis alongside paraprofessionals (ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs).

3. Program Development: Collaborate in the development of ABA program plans and provide progress updates.

4. Implementation Oversight: Ensure that each client's individualized plan is implemented accurately and effectively to achieve established goals.

5. Documentation: Maintain thorough records, including data collection and timely completion of treatment notes.

Qualifications:

- BCBA Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

- Licensure: Possess required licensure for the state or region where the services are provided.

Desirable Traits:

- Experience: Prior experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional assessments, and providing support and training to families and caregivers.

- Knowledge: Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
