Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Alexandria, Virginia. The ideal candidate will design and implement individualized treatment plans, provide caregiver training, and oversee ABA programs to ensure meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop treatment goals.
- Implement evidence-based treatment strategies and protocols.
- Provide caregiver and family training to support treatment objectives.
- Monitor progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and families in a home setting.
- Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with families and other team members.
