We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing support for financial reporting. This role is crucial in helping our organization manage its finances effectively and efficiently.
Duties
- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
- Analyze accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliation regularly.
- Utilize double entry bookkeeping methods to record financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare detailed account analysis to support financial decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including debits and credits.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
