About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, managing reconciliations, and supporting crypto accounting. The ideal candidate has experience in crypto environments, online gaming finance, and thrives in fast-paced, regulated industries. Candidates must be based in the Miami area and able to work from our office.
Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities
Reconcile bank accounts, payment processors, and crypto wallets
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Prepare and maintain general ledgers, trial balances, and supporting schedules
Support financial audits with clean, organized data
Assist with tax preparation and compliance reporting
Work with external accountants to ensure accurate filings
Track and manage financial data using QuickBooks
Maintain internal documentation and controls related to payment gateways, crypto transactions, and wallet management
Key Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Experience with crypto reconciliation and accounting is required
Experience in the iGaming, fintech, or payments space is strongly preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar platforms
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
