Monograms of Distinction is an online, family-owned business in Middlebury, CT specializing in personalized embroidered gifts purchased by companies for their employees. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a bookkeeper / office assistant.
Duties include
- Record customer payments
- Maintain accounts receivable
- Input order data
- Oversee final product inspection
- Other general office tasks as required
Skills & qualifications
- Experience in QuickBooks online preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting preferred
- Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning
- Accurate and quick keyboarding ability
- Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
- Strong attention to detail
Mon - Thurs 9:00 - 2:00
20 hrs/week

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
