Duties
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls from potential clients
- Assist with scheduling appointments and reaching out to potential clients
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for document creation and collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly office space and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with office management practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism.
