We are looking for a Boutique Manager for our new Little Rock location that will be opening in July-August 2025.
The successful candidate will be upbeat, love working with people, and be responsible and reliable. Our store provides a fun atmosphere with an easy going boss. Our employees love what they do!
Previous retail experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, with a passion for fashion and customer service. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our boutique meets its sales goals while providing an exceptional shopping environment.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily operations of the boutique, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Train and develop staff to maximize their potential and enhance team performance.
- Oversee inventory management
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize store efficiency.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customers.
- Maintain a positive shopping atmosphere by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong training development skills to foster a motivated team.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and cash register operations.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles to enhance product visibility.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
Interested parties should be available to work at our Little Rock location (opening in July/August) anytime during the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Monday-Friday, and 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. An expected work week includes at least 40 hours. Any hours worked above 40 hours per week will be paid at over-time rate of time and half.
Training for the job will be done at our Sherwood store location. The successful candidate will need to have reliable transportation and be available to train in Sherwood.
