About The Boutique Hub
We’re on a mission to champion and support boutique retailers and product-based business owners around the world. From education and coaching to live events, memberships, and eCommerce, we’re growing fast — and need a super-organized, proactive Operations & Project Manager to help bring it all together behind the scenes.
About the Role
This role is for the ultimate organizer, the right hand to our leadership team, and the glue that holds key projects, events, and day-to-day operations together. From managing our Shopify store and planning travel to leading event logistics and helping keep our internal systems humming — this is a critical support role that touches nearly every part of the business.
You’ll keep the trains running on time — and have fun doing it.
Key Responsibilities
️ Operations & Admin Support
- Own daily administrative tasks and scheduling for the leadership team
- Manage agendas, meeting notes, and action items across key company meetings
- Keep Google Drive & Calendar organized and streamlined for easy team collaboration
- Support HR tasks like hiring coordination, onboarding, and team systems
eCommerce & Product Management
- Manage our Shopify store, including product listings, orders, inventory updates, and launches (Boutique Boss Planner, merch, etc.)
- Track customer feedback, returns, and help liaise with fulfillment teams
- Coordinate with marketing to time and execute promotions
Event & Experience Management
- Lead planning and coordination for all company events, including:
- Boutique Summit
- LA Experience
- Market appearances, retreats, and team events
- Book travel, accommodations, schedules, speaker logistics, swag, materials, and team communication
- Work with marketing to ensure promotions, registration, and post-event content is aligned and executed
✅ Project & Process Management
- Support project management across key company priorities using Asana (or your tool of choice)
- Build repeatable systems and checklists to keep us consistent and efficient
- Ensure cross-team projects are completed on time and on brand
- Keep tabs on moving parts between ops, marketing, product, and events
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 3+ years in operations, executive support, or project/event coordination
- Are a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Love systems, schedules, lists, color-coded docs, and big-picture strategy
- Know your way around Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Trello, and Zoom
- Can coordinate between multiple teams and personalities without missing a beat
- Communicate clearly, ask great questions, and keep your cool under pressure
- Want to be part of a mission-led, fun, high-impact female-led team
Bonus Skills (Not Required But a Plus)
- Event production, AV, or travel planning experience
- Familiarity with Kajabi, Canva, ActiveCampaign
- Basic understanding of branding or marketing language
