We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee operations of our Propane Company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, strategic planning, and business development. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving profit and loss targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Route delivery drivers and service techs for each day and make sure employees are working efficiently.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Oversee project management initiatives to enhance operational processes and improve service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Go out and meet potential customers for propane installation quotes and generating new business.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Have experience in the Propane industry but not a requirement.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales management, and business development.
- Proficient in project management principles with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
