OneSource Medical Diagnostics supports Expert MRI, a leading radiology group. We are hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to manage AP operations, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting.
Pay: $28–$32/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage AP inbox, respond to vendor inquiries, and verify invoices
- Process vendor payments and ensure accuracy of GL coding
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with purchasing/PO policies (3-way match)
- Perform AP tasks for month-end close, including reconciliations and coding accuracy
- Process payroll updates (new hires, terminations, pay changes) and related reports (401k, taxes, benefits)
- Prepare payroll/AP journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with audits, month-end, and year-end close
- Research and resolve AP and payroll issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- 2–4 years AP/accounting experience or equivalent
- Paychex and Paychex Flex experience strongly preferred
