At Glide Xpress, we don’t just wash cars—we build community. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent our mission in the field, forge partnerships with local businesses, support nonprofits, and bring the Glide experience to new members every day.

Glide Xpress is a fast-growing car wash company with 15 locations across the southern U.S., including Memphis, Little Rock, Northwest Arkansas, and Springfield, MO.

Why This Role Matters
Our Brand Ambassadors are the connection point between Glide and the neighborhoods we serve. You’ll engage with schools, businesses, and nonprofits to promote our brand, give away free washes, and generate leads for programs that grow both our membership and our mission.
What You’ll Do
Business Outreach (B2B)
- Follow a proven 4-week outreach cycle (introductions, follow-ups, closings)
- Visit local businesses, give free washes to employees, and introduce our programs
- Log all activity through our CRM system and B2B form
Networking & Partnerships
- Attend local chamber events, mixers, and business lunches
- Collect cards, make follow-up calls/emails, and book one-on-one meetings
- Recommend the right program (Fleet, Fundraiser, Community Hero, etc.)
Events & Activations
- Host and work events on-site and off-site (schools, fairs, local business days)
- Set up branded concierge stations and hand out free washes
- Capture and share video/photo content from events
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Promote Glide Xpress across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Post updates, engage with comments, and highlight “Customer of the Week”
- Encourage reviews and help drive digital visibility
Who You Are
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping others
- Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, spreadsheets, digital forms)
- Enjoys being out in the community and attending events
- Reliable with a self-starter mentality
- Sales, marketing, hospitality, or community outreach experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Outreach, networking, and follow-ups (some morning and afternoon flexibility needed)
- Saturday: Events, site visits, concierge station support
- 5* Day Work Week*
