Treeworks is a High-Times Cannabis Cup multi-first place award winning, premium cannabis brand. We are a rapidly growing company with products on hundreds of dispensary shelves across the northeast. We are looking for a passionate, excited representative to join our team!
We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent us as we establish our footprint in the Garden State. As a Treeworks Brand Ambassador, your job is simple - get people excited about cannabis. Whether it’s through consumer-interactions, dispensary drop-ins, or making sure the brand is well represented in-store, you will be responsible for ensuring Treeworks is always putting its best foot forward. If you feel you can be the most popular person in a room and have an infectious energy, we want you to represent our brand.
A Treeworks brand ambassador will frequent cannabis events large and small as well as representing us at dispensaries across the state. You will use your impeccable social skills to connect with customers and retail partners alike, while keeping people educated and excited about our products. This role will assist with the execution of various marketing efforts as well as sales tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be an approachable and welcoming representation of our brand with excellent communication skills and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute marketing and sales tasks as needed.
- Schedule and attend pop-ups at dispensaries across New Jersey.
- Conduct drop-ins at key dispensary partners.
- Monitor stock levels, point of sale displays and general in-store presence at assigned dispensary locations.
- Assist account manager by expanding product offerings on dispensary menus.
- Seek out and attend retail partner events.
- Conduct field research and provide insight to marketing and sales team efforts.
