Responsibilities
What your days as a Sales Manager, Road Transport Brokerage will look like:
- Collaborating with the Logistics Manager to grow the road brokerage division in the US.
- Heavy focus on flatbed, dropdeck, dry-van and project cargo
- Identifying and working closely with potential clients as an expert to deeply understand the challenges and goals specific to their business.
- Acting as an intermediary between clients and various departments within the company.
- Working closely with carriers based on the company’s needs.
- Developing a loyal B2B customer base while strengthening the company’s position and market share.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to succeed as a Sales Manager (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service).
- Prospecting new clients to expand market share in the United States.
- Developing strong relationships with existing clients to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Creating and positioning compelling value propositions for both potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Sales Manager, Road Transport Brokerage, you must have:
- A degree and/or five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in project cargo a benefit
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Intimate understand of a CRM
- Strong knowledge of North American road transport.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written a benefit.
- A car and a valid driver's license.
