Your Role:
- Prospect, build, and manage a pipeline of commercial clients across industries.
- Deliver customized risk solutions and coverage strategies.
- Work independently while leveraging team support and resources.
- Grow and manage your own book — with zero income cap and full transparency.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in commercial insurance sales or a high-performer in B2B environments.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (or actively pursuing it).
- Hungry for growth, autonomy, and long-term success.
- Entrepreneurial in spirit — with the drive to build something, not just sell it.
Bonus Points For:
- A portable book of business
- Experience with niche markets or specialty lines
- Strong referral network or local market
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Identify and close new commercial insurance opportunities across various industries.
- Build a sustainable pipeline and manage your own book of business.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier appetites to provide top-tier coverage solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in commercial insurance sales or a proven track record in B2B sales.
- A strong entrepreneurial drive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Existing relationships or a book of business is a huge plus, but not required.
- Must be licensed (Property & Casualty).
