We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Bucket Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating bucket trucks for various tasks, including tree trimming, tree removal, and truck maintenance. Responsibilities
- Operate bucket trucks safely and effectively for tree trimming and tree removals.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the bucket truck and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute tree care operations, including pruning, trimming, and removal of trees as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute tree removal projects in timely manner while preserving customer property.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with bucket truck operation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating bucket trucks in a professional setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of garden care principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate various types of rigs safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to tree care or landscaping are advantageous.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
