ECS is seeking a Budget Analyst to work in our Fort Meade, MD office.
ECS seeks a Budget Analyst to provide assistance within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Fort Meade, MD. The position is hybrid, with mostly telework; however, monthly onsite classified work will likely be required (1-4x/month) at Fort Meade, MD.
This support includes, but is not limited to:
- Analyze, summarize, and identify trends and issues relating to budget execution.
- Review and prepare funding packages for appropriated funds (O&M, Procurement and RDT&E) using IE Financial Tracking System and DAI. Review Defense Working Capital Funds packages in CORAS.
- Evaluate funding guidance and resource levels for adequacy in supporting program mission and objectives.
- Review and assess impact of changes in both functional and financial regulations, policies, and guidance.
- Consult management on budget strategies and techniques and use of financial management products.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $150,000

- Minimum 1 year of related budget experience in DoD (related experience in other organizations will be considered).
