The Build Flow Manager is a high-value field role that blends technical expertise across multiple construction trades with hands-on leadership. This position is ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive in active jobsite roles—executing complex work themselves while supporting junior employees through guidance, skill-sharing, and real-time instruction. While not responsible for full project oversight like a General Contractor or Site Execution Specialist , this position plays a critical bridge role: translating plans into precise builds, identifying on-site issues early, and ensuring daily productivity through skilled execution and trade versatility. This role requires extensive field experience in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices, along with functional knowledge of related trades such as electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding, painting, and roofing. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, a quiet leader by example, and someone who understands the flow of a build—from ground prep to punch list.
