What You’ll Do:
- As a valued member of our field crew, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the installation and fabrication of agricultural and commercial buildings
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Troubleshooting job site issues and reporting them to the leadman or foreman
- Coaching and mentoring new and temporary crew members
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, safe condition
- Enforcing and following jobsite safety protocols (PPE, OSHA standards, etc.)
- Keeping job sites clean and professional in appearance
- Promoting and modeling FCB’s Core Values and work ethic
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with hours as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently and professionally
- A positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
