Job description
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in professional services, such as finance, insurance, or legal
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Experience eliciting and analysing business and system requirements
- Experience with business process modelling and mapping
- Experience creating use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams, and documenting acceptance criteria using MoSCoW
- Experience developing storyboards and/or proof of concepts based on customer requirements
- Ability to convert customer requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Relevant professional certifications are desirable
Responsibilities
- Partner with a variety of stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Provide expert analysis and translate complex requirements
- Work with the team to deliver technical solutions
- Conduct benefits analysis and review efficiencies
- Implement improved operational processes and document processes
- Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement
- Keep aware of industry trends and emerging technology
