Job Summary As Business Analyst Lead, you will lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to bridge technology, design, and business requirements, ensuring project designs align with business goals while optimizing processes and managing timelines, budgets, and documentation for IT construction projects.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead . This position will be full-time and onsite in Miramar, Florida.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2. This p osition does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of Business Analysts
Play a pivotal role in bridging technology, design, and business requirements together
Ensure that the overall product designs align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility while providing insights and expertise to optimize the design process and building out scope/requirements and budgetary costs for the execution team to deliver against
Assist in the evaluation of changing scope and aligning the needs of the project design requirements with the relative IT and construction disciplines
Work with the product teams on IT strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
Support the execution team with creation of project documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, performance monitoring, project logistics, testing, and general coordination of site capability requirements
Work directly with product teams by ensuring they have a clear understanding of the product objectives and priority, and helping the IT teams translate the product concepts into user stories, epics and other appropriate design deliverables for execution (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, guest prioritized needs, infrastructure development etc.).

Required
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to bridge technology, design, and business requirements
Experience in creating project documentation, user stories, epics, and scope/requirement documents
Ability to optimize design processes and align product designs with business goals
Light project management experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $55.00- $60.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
