This is a default management system designed for the banking industry to manage delinquent mortgage loans. It was created in the year 2000 in collaboration with a consortium of banks. EarlyResolution enables communication through various third-party services like System of Record: MSP, Automated Value Models, and Broker Price Opinion, and integrates the same with data available within the application. It is hosted on a Private Cloud and provided as Software as A Service, hence is highly secure, scalable, elastic, and agile. Our 24*7 dedicated customer support along with cloud technologies, makes it highly available. It is easily accessible on desktops/laptops, smartphones, and tablets and supports multiple browsers. The goal is to provide customized solutions as per client's requirements to keep their diverse portfolios in compliance on many fronts: regulatory guidelines, government-directed workout options, internal rules, credit risks, investors, pooling, and service agreements. This customization generates ongoing new enhancement work, as well as critical bug fixes in the existing system and related projects which are delivered by our highly experienced and competent development teams located across the globe (India, United States, and Vietnam).

Responsibilities
- - Possess some knowledge of Banking domain and worked in New Business Process based implementations.
- Good in eliciting the requirements, analyzing and documenting the requirements. Communicating these requirements to the appropriate stakeholders, identifying the right solution and then validating the solution to find if the requirements meet the expected standards.
- Experience in documenting business processes by identifying business requirements and functional requirements.
- Document and maintain requirements in form of BRD/FRD/Use Case/System Specification in line with key strategic principles.
- Prioritize User Stories during Product backlog refinement and prepare acceptance criteria.
- Should have good knowledge of Accounting and Reporting in the desired domain operations of a bank.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication.
SKILLS
Must have
- - 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial domain, preferably in Banking/Cards/ Mortgage
- Knowledge of the financial domain (Banking / Cards / Mortgage), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Testing Tools & Techniques, defect tracking, and test case management tools
Nice to have
Automation Testing, Database or SQL, Cross-Browser Testing Skills, Basic Programming Knowledge, General Operating Systems Knowledge
