Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires proficiency in various office softwares and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Type up contracts, invoices and budget sheets.
- Keep track of money going in and out for each job and what it’s for.
- Organize and forwarding all paperwork and information to our bookkeeper.
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure all documents are error-free and professionally presented.
- Organize business supplies and manage inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Running errands if someone’s needing something on a job site.
- Log everyone’s time, location and lunch time daily.
- On slow days be willing to help with smaller easy tasks.
Skills
- Patience as we figure out the best system to keep everything flowing.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to type efficiently with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with general office procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
