Hongene Biotech is a global leader in building block supplies for mRNA and Oligonucleotide medicines and diagnostics. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with background in science and business to drive and expand the rapid growing business. The individual will work closely with commercial and scientific teams and play an important role to deliver critical results.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and expand client relationships
Identify new leads and research for potential clients on the market
Monitor industry trend and formulate business strategy
Coordinate between customers and R&D group to initiate workplan proposal
Prepare sales quotation and follow up with customers
Assist leadership team for business development support
Occasion travels for client visits and conferences
Required Qualifications:
BS in Chemistry or Biochemistry with 0-2 years industrial experience
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech landscape and development
Familiarity of supply chain and project management
Familiar with MS Office software and ChemDraw.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in CRM software (Salesforce and Oracle) is a plus
Bilingual in Mandarin and English is helpful
