Business Development Associate – San Leandro Honda
Prior automotive automotive business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound inquires and route to appropriate departments
- Follow up with new and existing sales customers to make sure their needs have been met.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track follow up and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement business development initiatives.
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines while providing exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a similar position (call center, customer service, administrative, etc).
- Working knowledge of automotive industry a plus
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Highly professional and dependable
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,680.00 - $52,000.00 per year
