Key Responsibilities: As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying sales leads, managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Leveraging your skills you will:
- Handle inbound phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Respond to internet leads by phone, text message, and email.
- Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs.
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and stay updated on technology changes.
- Prospect daily with our data mining software and our CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Automotive internet sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with computer skills and CRM.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
