Duties
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
- Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competitors.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
