How will you make an impact in this role?
The Global Card Issuance organization is responsible for supporting and managing the production/manufacturing of
cards, personalization/fulfillment of cards, delivery of cards, and the design/innovation of new cards for all proprietary card
products globally.

Join our dynamic team as a Business Insights Analyst and be at the forefront of driving meaningful change through data-driven decisions. As a member of our Business Insights team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Card Issuance colleagues, partner teams, and senior leadership with scorecard and metric development, advanced analytics, deep dives, and ad-hoc requests.

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and teams working in culturally and geographically diverse environments to deliver transformational outcomes.
- Experience with SQL and Data Visualization tools is required (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, across stakeholders and levels of leadership.
- Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with advanced Excel formulas.
- Experience, knowledge, and application of the following methodologies is advantageous: complex problem solving; cost benefit analysis; project management; strategic planning; statistics; probability; operations research; forecasting; quality control; statistical process control; process mapping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Machine Learning Studio (MLS) is preferred.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python for data analysis and automation is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics/Engineering preferred, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
