Sharp Performance: Business Operations Associate

We’re Sharp Performance

Sharp Performance is transforming mental wellness for those in high-stress and demanding professions, starting with public safety. Through our mobile platform, we connect frontline professionals like law enforcement officers and firefighters with elite performance and development coaches.

Our approach is grounded in cognitive performance methods adapted from the U.S. Special Operations community. We focus on helping individuals manage stress, build resilience, and perform at their best—without the stigma that often comes with traditional mental health solutions.

We're backed by top-tier investors behind companies like Uber, Airbnb, PayPal, and Palantir. With new partnerships forming weekly and a rapidly expanding user base, we’re delivering life-changing support to those who need it most. If you're driven, mission-oriented, and want to be part of something that truly matters, we’d love to meet.

The Opportunity

Sharp Performance is seeking a Business Operations Associate to help scale the systems, insights, and execution behind our customer experience and marketplace operations. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to stretch their capabilities across operations, analytics, and strategy.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketplace and collaborate closely with leaders across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, owning projects that sit at the heart of how we serve customers and scale the business. We’re looking for someone with sharp analytical instincts, a bias for action, and a builder’s mindset.

This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven, venture-backed company during a phase of rapid growth alongside some of the top 1% of talent in the startup ecosystem. If you want to accelerate your career by solving hard problems with elite teammates, this is your shot.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead end-to-end project management for product rollouts to new customers, including scheduling, logistics, and execution of mission-critical tasks.

  • Own post-sale analytics and reporting: monitor utilization, surface risk indicators, and drive renewal readiness with proactive insights.

  • Build out and operationalize our customer lifecycle, from historical mapping to future-state experimentation and measurement.

  • Develop scalable systems and reporting dashboards to help internal and external stakeholders make smarter decisions, faster.

The skillset you’ll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-performing, analytical environment (consulting, banking, business operations, or similar).

  • Strong analytical horsepower. You break down problems and build systems with speed and precision.

  • Operational discipline and attention to detail. You spot gaps before they become issues.

  • Self-starter mentality. You take initiative, drive clarity, and follow through without being asked twice.

  • Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude. You know how to work across functions and bring people with you.

  • Hunger to learn, grow, and be challenged. You want to level up, fast.

Why you’ll love working here

At Sharp Performance, we’re a passionate, driven team committed to making a real impact. As a fast-growing startup, we know our success begins with our people. That’s why we offer a benefits package that supports your health, financial well-being, and professional growth:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered.

  • Flexible PTO to help you recharge and perform at your best.

  • Competitive salary that reflects your skills, experience, and contributions.

  • 401(k) with company match to secure your financial future.

  • Opportunities to grow with a scaling company and tackle meaningful challenges.

  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your voice matters.

Sharp Performance is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
