Provide support to the day-to-day activities of Intelligent Solutions. Responsible for assisting business development and finance by tracking costs on jobs and analyzing those costs to establish baselines and variances to plan. Functions include opportunities management, bookings, and other SAP/ CRM data processing or as directed by the manager
- Create and maintain WBS Projects in SAP
- Create and maintain financial information populated in project folders
- Support Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Site Leads to maintain the cost tracking sheets required for each service order.
- Monitor SAP costs per project to ensure timely billing. Track individual T&L costs per job to verify all are tracking evenly and that the costs are hitting the correct WBS.
- Track transportation charges to ensure they are accurately defined and charged.
- Support Project Analyst (PA’s) to ensure SAP is properly billing customers on time.
- Coordinate activities with managers to update CRM with planned revenue and cost values and dates. Develop and maintain a live tracking sheet to ensure financial visibility of the business
- Build A/R reports and develop actions to collect cash
- Track lab tooling and hardware spends
- Coordinate with CRM personnel to modify CRM to meet the business needs.
- Support configuration initiatives in developing a cross reference to parts lists and help establish standard BOMs for advance ordering of hardware/software for system builds.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, including data collection, process mapping, and performance metrics evaluation.
- Document current processes using process flow diagrams and other visualization tools.
- Some overnight travel may be required
- Perform other such duties as may be required.

Knowledge, Sills, and Education
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline OR Associates degree in a relevant field such as instructional or educational technology or Finance. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years working with SAP and / or financial tracking. Proficiency with a variety of development, authoring, and content management tools.”
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer-aided design, database, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.
