Are you passionate about improving ways of working, solving complex business challenges, and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for a Business Process Analyst - Invoice to Cash to join the team on a 12-month secondment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to optimise and standardise key Invoice to Cash processes while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems, processes, and ways of working are aligned to business objectives and deliver maximum value.

Working alongside Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement, influence process design decisions, and help drive the adoption of best-practice solutions across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with Business Process Owners, SMEs and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Supporting the delivery of process enhancements and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
• Translating business requirements into practical and effective process solutions within SAP and supporting systems.
• Facilitating workshops and discussions to drive process alignment, standardisation and best practice.
• Ensuring processes incorporate appropriate controls, compliance requirements, reporting and KPI measurement.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive continuous process improvement.
• Supporting colleagues with process guidance, documentation, training and change adoption activities.
• Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted advisor for process excellence.
• Contributing to transformation projects and smaller change initiatives with a significant process improvement focus.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from colleagues who can demonstrate:

Essential

• Experience of end-to-end business processes and supporting systems, ideally within the Invoice to Cash process area.
• Knowledge of SAP solutions and associated business processes.
• Strong process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience of gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Process mapping experience using tools such as ARIS, Signavio or Pro-map.
• Experience of writing business procedures and process documentation.
• Understanding of controls, governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within project or change environments.
• Good analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to balance strategic business objectives with operational requirements.

Desirable

• Experience supporting business transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma or other recognised process improvement qualifications.
