Position Overview:
O.D. Business Solutions is seeking a bold, strategic, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to spearhead client acquisition efforts targeting entrepreneurs, startups, content creators, influencers, and small businesses in need of business repair, PR, and branding solutions. You will serve as a frontline ambassador of the “Olivia Pope of Business” and play a pivotal role in helping small brands scale, rebrand, and survive in the public eye.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Qualify Leads
Identify, engage, and qualify small business owners, solo entrepreneurs, influencers, and startup founders in need of reputation management, PR, business coaching, or structural support.
- Present & Sell Services
Master O.D. Business Solutions’ core offerings: Cancel-Proof™ PR protection, business audits, branding packages, and operational repair. Pitch these services confidently via phone, email, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
- Build Client Relationships
Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and current clients. Act as their trusted guide to help them identify their pain points and match them with high-impact, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work alongside PR, branding, and operational experts to ensure proposals are accurate and services align with client needs.
- Follow Up & Close Deals
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial pitch to signed contract. Use CRM tools to track lead activity, set reminders, and update sales pipelines.
- Represent the Brand
Attend networking events (virtually or in-person), participate in community activations, and support launch campaigns and pop-up events as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about small business growth, branding, and PR.
- Comfortable selling high-value packages ($500–$5,000+).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, relationship-building, and digital marketing basics.
- Not afraid to pitch on cold calls, via email, or in DMs.
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
