Minimum Requirements (candidates must meet or exceed these requirements to be considered):
- At least 10 years of business systems analyst experience.
- Tybera e-flex experience
- Experience and understanding of platform management, systems administration/configuration, and technical support.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities in parallel.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook); and
- Problem solving skills.
Preferred experience (not required):
- Knowledge of court business processes.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in designing test cases based on business requirements and system functionality.
- Understanding of database concepts.
- Relevant IT certifications or experience in information systems and/or business process analysis and planning.
Background:
Business Systems Analysts play a vital role in implementing new and enhancing existing business systems for the Nevada Trial Courts.
Responsibilities include conducting research, documenting requirements, validating solutions, and providing training on technology solutions utilized by the courts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to improve information systems, align IT services with court business objectives, and actively contribute to the advancement of the Nevada Trial Courts' technological capabilities.
Examples of Duties
· Research, analyze, and document technology solutions for systems and services used by the Nevada Trial Courts.
· Validate technology solutions to ensure they meet court business needs and comply with established standards.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to information systems.
· Participate in business process changes and provide expertise on technology- related implications.
· Develop comprehensive test cases and conduct testing to ensure the successful implementation of systems and integrations.
· Configure business systems to match court requirements and optimize system performance.
· Deliver training sessions to court staff on newly implemented systems and updates.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
· Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
