Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and teamwork, as you will be working closely with servers and kitchen staff to provide outstanding service.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
- Experience in food service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to clean and maintain various areas of the restaurant while adhering to health standards.
