Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests promptly.
- Provide food service support by serving meals and beverages to guests efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Support catering events by preparing and serving food as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of catering practices and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and kitchen operations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
