Two Fish Crab Shack is a busy, well-loved seafood boil restaurant on the South Side of Chicago. We’re known for our flavorful seafood bags, laid-back atmosphere, and great service. Our team works hard to create a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable Busser to join our team. The Busser plays a key role in keeping the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests, while supporting servers and hosts in delivering smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly clear and clean tables after guests leave
- Reset tables with condiments, utensils, and supplies
- Assist servers in delivering food when needed
- Keep dining area, floors, and side stations stocked and clean
- Remove trash and transport dirty dishes to dish area
- Refill water glasses and provide condiments upon request
- Maintain restrooms and guest areas throughout shifts
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous busser or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Must be 18+ with evening/weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
