Job Summary:
The Busser/Runner supports front-of-house operations by delivering food, preparing condiments, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting servers. This role requires teamwork, strong coordination, and excellent customer service.
Pay: $12/hour + tips
Hours: 8–40 per week
Shifts: Day & Evening
Responsibilities:
- Deliver properly garnished food to tables.
- Know table numbers, floor plans, and menu items.
- Assist servers and expedite food orders.
- Maintain table cleanliness and reset tables promptly.
- Restock and manage dining essentials.
- Safely transport trays through crowded areas.
- Perform assigned kitchen and side work duties.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is beneficial.
Requirements:
- Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency and strong customer service skills.
Certifications:
- Southern Nevada Health Department Food Handler’s Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card/TAM Card
