Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers promptly.
- Provide support in food service operations, including serving food and beverages to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food handling and delivery.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and preparation areas.
- Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining dining or kitchen areas.
- Background in food service, with restaurant or catering experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
