Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy times, including refilling drinks and delivering food items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food handling practices is an advantage.
