Overview
We are searching for experienced, friendly, hard working, reliable cashiers to join our team! The ideal candidate will be skilled at multi-tasking, maximizing productivity at all times, performing register transactions, and be able to resolve any customer disputes. Candidates interested in this position should be comfortable working in a fast packed environment with a positive attitude and plenty of energy!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization both inside and outside the store at all times during your shift
- Time management proficiency/staying busy and completing tasks during downtime.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Operate a cash register accurately
- Exhibit great smiling customer service and efficiently handle any customer issues that occur during their visit.
Skills
- Previous experience in retail is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to help colleagues when needed.
