Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on our products and services
- Use effective phone etiquette to create a positive, welcoming experience
- Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on offerings and best practices
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Sales or client service experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with CRM software or call center systems is beneficial
