Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at Champion Automotive Group. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer interactions and support through effective communication. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries and providing valuable information about our services.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and follow-up inquiries.
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in data entry.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: $3,476.60 - $4,186.88 per month
