Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about products, services, billing, and policies
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the medical office staff by providing relevant information when required.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions effectively.
- Competency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to call center operations.
