Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Consultant with deep knowledge and understanding of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service skills, strong product knowledge, and experience working with the Treez.io POS system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, tinctures, and accessories.
- Operate the Treez.io POS system accurately for sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all California cannabis laws and dispensary policies.
- Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
- Assist with merchandising, labeling, and restocking products.
- Uphold Jaderoom’s standards of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old (per California law).
- Minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience preferred.
- Proficient or familiar in Treez.io POS system .
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and responsible consumption.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
