**Job Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated Cannabis Cultivator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and experience working in a greenhouse or farm environment.
**Duties:**
- Cultivate and care for cannabis plants throughout their lifecycle
- Irrigate plants according to specific schedules
- Perform heavy lifting tasks related to plant maintenance
- Utilize hand tools for various gardening activities
- Collect and record data on plant growth and health
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in greenhouse, farm, or landscape work
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
- Familiarity with growing techniques and plant care
- Experience with data collection preferred
