Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Canvassing Manager to lead our canvassing efforts. This role is essential in driving outreach initiatives, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong team of canvassers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a background in marketing or sales, and a passion for community engagement. As a Canvassing Manager, you will oversee door-to-door campaigns, ensuring that our message reaches the right audience effectively.

Duties

• Supervise and train a team of canvassers to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our services and gather valuable feedback from the community.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure commitments and foster relationships with potential clients.
• Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with broader campaign goals.
• Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, including leads generated and follow-up actions.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts as needed to complement door-to-door initiatives.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and success.

Experience

• Proven experience in supervising teams, preferably in a canvassing or sales environment.
• Strong background in marketing, customer service, or fundraising is highly desirable.
• Experience with door-to-door canvassing techniques and strategies.
