As a Capital Planning Manager, YOU WILL:
- Review capital requests to ensure adherence to Copeland standards
- Assign appropriate approval workflow and process capital requests for approval
- Manage, track, and close capital spending projects
- Manage Electronics and Controls capital planning process and ensure timely submission of capital plans to Finance
- Create capital planning standard work
- Create monthly and quarterly capital updates
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance
- Minimum (4) years’ experience in engineering, project management, or finance related role
- Minimum 2 years in similar position.
- Basic knowledge of business finance
- Must be fluent in English and have good written and oral communication skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Previous experience with capital planning including budgeting, execution, and tracking
- Understanding of cash flow, net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR)
- Project management experience

This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
