About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing outpatient cardiology clinic in Seattle. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for local candidates or those willing to relocate for long-term placement.
The role offers a collaborative, weekday-only schedule with no weekends or on-call, supporting a cardiology-focused patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in a cardiology outpatient setting
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Accurately document in the EPIC electronic health record system
- Educate patients about procedures, medications, and ongoing cardiac care
- Float between similar units as needed, within scope and skillset
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in cardiology or a closely related specialty
- Proficiency in EPIC charting required
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Candidate Requirements:
- Local Candidates Preferred: Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Seattle
- Candidates just outside of the local radius may be considered if willing to relocate and open to permanent placement
- Submission Must Include a Candidate Statement confirming their openness to a temp-to-hire opportunity
- Reliable transportation is required
